Clean room. Comfortable area and close to everything. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only issue was the door stuck so it was hard to close and open. And other guests kept slamming their doors at all hours of the night non stop. But that wasn't the hotels problem. Family had a comfortable stay so we'd stay here again.

The staff was efficient, pleasant, and generally well-trained. Many of the staff are foreign students at the property for the summer to enhance their English language skills, so sometimes there was a language barrier. For the first few days, there was lukewarm water in the shower and bathtub. It took well over 24 hours for the staff to check the issue and finally resolve it. At times, the hot water side of the shower and bath would turn to very cold water without warning, then back to lukewarm water. The food in the main restaurant was very good, as was the service. The food at the adult pool was marginal at best. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. It is a very nice property. It just needs a few tweaks by management.

The room was nice, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially loved the location. It was right in the middle of several cute shops and within about a mile of the beach, making it easy to walk around and explore the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
